BACOLOD City – With their engaging performance, the MassKara Festival dancers of this city wowed delegates and guests at the 8th Asean Culture and Tourism Fair (ACTF) in Gwangju, South Korea.

Other participating countries were all praises of the Bacolodnon dancers, according to Councilor Em Ang, chairperson of the Sangguniang Panlungsod’s committee on tourism.
