Chinese firm hiring 500 online teachers in Bacolod

A company that provides online English training for Chinese kids is hiring 500 online teachers as part of its pioneer team in Bacolod.

China-based 51Talk is soon opening at the Negros First CyberCenter in Bacolod.

Ma. Antonella Villanueva, senior manager for Sourcing and Recruitment, said they are hiring “office-based English e-educators for young Chinese learners in Bacolod” as well as students enrolled under the K-12 program.

It currently has a hiring booth in front of the MassKara Office along San Juan St.

“51Talk is not just offering a job, it is giving a career opportunity,” Villanueva said.

The online job at 51Talk has no graveyard shift, thus their employees have enough time for their families, she added.

Currently, they have 10,000 online teachers all over the Philippines, she said.*

The 51Talk, which has a booth in front of the MassKara Office, is hiring 500 online English teachers for its Bacolod branch. The booth is open until Oct. 21, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m./MASSKARA NEWSROOM
